Right at Home, In-Home Care Assistance The work you do will be challenging yet rewarding

and providing hands on assistance to clients. Our positions provide the opportunity for Caregivers

to share their skills and dedication while making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Essential Functions :

• Personal Care Assistance : bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
• Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
• Provide mobility assistance : bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
• Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
