Otolaryngologist (ENT) Outpatient / Inpatient

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic Mt. Vernon, IL- Deaconess, IL Clinic

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and growing team in Mt. Vernon, IL . This is a full-time, employed position offering a mix of outpatient and inpatient care with excellent support and strong compensation.

Position Highlights :

  • Employment Model : Full-time position with Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic , part of the Deaconess Health System
  • Location : Based at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Mt. Vernon, IL
  • Practice Mix : 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
  • Strong hospital support in the OR, ICU, ER, and general medical units

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary : $525,000 for the first year
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Up to 2.5% quality bonus added to productivity-based compensation
  • Relocation / moving allowance included
  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Retirement plans : 401(k) (traditional and Roth with in-plan conversions), 457(b), and 457(f)
