Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM | 13 Weeks | Start ASAP

A Long Term Care facility in Amsterdam, NY is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift travel assignment. The ideal candidate will bring prior LTC and travel experience, delivering high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Assignment Details : Duration : 13 weeks

Setting : Long Term Care (LTC)

Shift : Nights, 10p–6 : 30a

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Strictly 4 / 8-hour shifts

Charting System : MatrixCare

Requirements :

Active LPN license in NY

BLS (AHA) certification

Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience

Prior travel experience required (renewals preferred)
