We are hiring multiple Quality Assurance Checkers in the Garland area to start Monday 11 / 03.

The QA Tech will perform daily inspections and testing to verify that products, processes, and packaging meet company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

Perform multiple daily quality checks (temperature, weight, labeling, packaging, allergen content, and product appearance)

Report any deviations (wrong weight, color, temperature, or product mix) immediately

Conduct pre-op inspections and swabbing tests on surfaces to detect allergens

Inspect and monitor sanitation and production areas before and during operations

Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures

Requirements :

Must know how to use scales and thermometers

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to stand for long periods and work in cold environments (35–40°ree;F)

Experience working in a food production or quality environment

Familiar with FIFO (First In–First Out) and food safety best practices

Quality assurance experience

Bilingual (English Spanish)

Schedule : 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, but must have availability for OT and weekends.

Work Environment :

Temperature : Cold (35–40°ree;F)

Mandatory PPE : Hair / beard nets, boots, smock, plastic sleeves, and gowns (all provided)

Restrictions :

No long nails, no makeup, and no jewelry allowed in the production area.

No electronic devices of any kind are allowed in the production area.
