IOP Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in a client's office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
- Work Schedule :
- Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm and rotating Saturdays
Work Location : Minden LA
Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
