Position Overview :
The Director will define and execute a 10-year vision for integrating technology into supply chain operations, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple business pillars. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, emerging technology, and operations teams, serving as the communication bridge between siloed groups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead the Strategic PMO focused on transformation and technology integration
- Translate strategic conversations and working sessions into actionable plans
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams, including engineering and emerging technology, often without formal authority
- Define and drive long-term vision for technology adoption across supply chain operations
- Support and scale additional projects and programs within the supply chain organization
- Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and senior leadership
- Serve as a communication bridge across departments and business units
Requirements :
Proven ability to turn strategic discussions into executable plansExperience managing and coaching teams, including influence-based leadership across functionsStrong background in supply chain operations, warehousing, and logisticsExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Industry experience in 3PL and manufacturing strongly preferredDemonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and PMO leadershipFamiliarity with emerging technologies and their application in supply chain environments
