Electronic Trading Onboarding Specialist

Location :  Chicago (Hybrid at least 4 days onsite / week)

Visa Sponsorship :   We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian Mexican and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g. H-1B).

We are seeking a talented Electronic Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support electronic trading solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong brokerage industry experience project management skills and a solid understanding of exchange connectivity and compliance.

As part of the team you will lead client onboarding projects collaborate with multiple departments and ensure seamless delivery of electronic trading capabilities. You will work closely with clients sales operations and support teams to manage timelines compliance requirements and technical integrations.

Role and responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client point of contact for electronic trading onboarding projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements propose solutions and implement electronic trading platforms.
• Analyze client needs (markets trading style connectivity) and prepare tailored project plans.
• Oversee documentation approvals and exchange membership processes.
• Conduct UAT with clients and ensure smooth handover to account management teams.
• Brief support desks for Tier 1 client assistance readiness.
• Identify and address compliance considerations including Dodd-Frank regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery client satisfaction and smooth transition to ongoing operations.
