Job Description
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The position is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. It involves sourcing from various channels such as special orders, FDO, and second sources, and directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision and dexterity requirements are specified.
Work Environment
Primarily inside, with occasional outside work under various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.
Position is eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
Compensation Range
$19.95 - $21.95 per hour.
