This full-time permanent opportunity offers a comprehensive practice across clinic, hospital, and long-term care settings—with a Monday to Friday schedule and a manageable 1 : 6 call rotation.

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 3 years of residency)

Illinois medical license or willingness to obtain

Interest in rural medicine

Clean malpractice record preferred

Not accepting Locums or visa candidates
