A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Audits transactions for accuracy, compliance, and benefit payment
Acts as a coach and mentor to less experienced associates and assists in skill development
Identifies trends and training opportunities based on quality evaluations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience in claims, customer service, enrollment, or billing auditing, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Basic knowledge of quality assurance and production technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Basic understanding of industry standards and quality control techniques
