💼 What You’ll Do

As the Nurse Manager – Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) , you’ll lead with purpose by :

Overseeing daily clinical operations and nursing staff to ensure top-tier patient care.

Driving excellence through evidence-based practice, innovation, and accountability.

Managing financial, human, and material resources effectively to achieve clinical and operational goals.

Serving as a chief retention and safety officer , promoting a safe, engaging, and supportive work culture.

Championing shared governance and fostering a professional practice environment where every team member thrives.

Partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, safety, and satisfaction.

🎓 What You Bring

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) — Required

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) — Preferred

If Bachelor’s is not in Nursing, MSN from an accredited nursing school required

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing leadership / management experience — Required

Experience in Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), Acute Care, or Inpatient setting — Preferred

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse (RN) — Active Georgia or Multi-State Compact License Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) — From AHA, required on first day of employment
