Job description

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Job

Bonus : Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Type : Full-time, PRN, Weekends

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of therapy principles, materials, and patient safety precautions
  • Ability to interpret physician instructions and design treatment programs
  • Emotional stability and commitment to confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred
  • Experience with Net Health is a plus

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments to enhance patient recovery and independence.
  • Evaluate patient abilities and develop therapy plans in coordination with physicians.
  • Utilize modern rehabilitation equipment and evidence-based techniques.
  • Document progress accurately and ensure all therapy standards are met.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes.
