Job descriptionSalary : $325,000-$350,000 annually, based on experience Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; short-term and long-term disability; retirement programs; flexible spending accounts; PTO / vacation and sick time; CME allowance; employee assistance program (EAP); PSLF-eligible employer Lead and shape a high-performing Hospital Medicine team Work in a collaborative and supportive hospital environment Opportunities to influence patient care quality and hospitalist program growth Access to advanced EMR systems and clinical support tools Strong focus on professional development and team engagement Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols Support recruitment, retention, and training within the department Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow Located near a suburban metro area with excellent schools, parks, and cultural amenities Close proximity to regional attractions, dining, and outdoor recreational opportunities Affordable living with access to major highways and convenient transportation Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine NY medical license or willingness to obtain Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting Clean malpractice and license history BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA certifications required

Shift Details
- Full-time, Day Shift : Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week
- No weekends or on-call responsibilities
