Shift : 8 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule : Full time

Weekly Hours : 32.00

Salary Range : $19.00 - $25.50

Pay Info : This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in long-term care. Your responsibilities will include :

Delivering resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.
Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
Supporting residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using safe techniques and equipment.
Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria :

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Minimum age of 16.

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of starting.

Completion of yearly competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits (minimum of 12 hours annually).

For applicable states, certification with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet medical qualifications for driving, if applicable.
