Warehouse Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a company based in Baton Rouge, La. In this role, you will have the opportunity to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Pay Rate : $15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm. (PART TIME)

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
• Pick and stage product
• Load truck(s)
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Job Type : Full-time, temporary
