Job descriptionAssist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail Competitive pay ($25-35 / hr based on experience and performance) Paid time off Health Insurance Allowance Retirement plan Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles

About the Role
Do you take pride in building outdoor spaces that last for decades? At Green Light Lawn Care we're looking for a skilled and motivated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding you'll be part of creating stunning, functional outdoor living areas that our clients will enjoy for years to come.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
- 2+ years of landscape installation experience
- strong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, responsible, and quality-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work
