Personal Injury Attorney

Rafi Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their innovative team! Ideal candidates have plaintiff personal injury experience.

• Responsibilities :
• Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency
• Evaluate potential new client case facts
• Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement
• Perform management / leadership functions
• Qualification :
• Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness
• Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication / negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism

Pay : $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
