Backend Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy production software to meet business needs

Provide technical leadership and define operational guidelines

Manage large technical projects and collaborate with stakeholders to implement features

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Python and large-scale web applications / APIs

Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Understanding or desire to learn Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD processes

Direct to Consumer and / or e-commerce experience is a plus

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
