About the Opportunity :

Join our Clinical Operational Leadership Training (COLT) Program and prepare to become a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at a Pennant-affiliated company. This paid, 3-4 month program provides real, on-the-job experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to lead your own clinical operation in the future. You'll dive into clinical management, business strategies, and leadership while receiving guidance from top leaders who will help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

After completing the program, you'll have the chance to take on a leadership role as a Director of Clinical Services (DCS / DPCS).
