Family Medicine - MD Full-Time, Permanent

A respected and growing healthcare facility in Oxford, CT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its dedicated primary care team. This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering a structured schedule and a supportive environment ideal for both experienced providers and recent residency graduates.

The clinic is modern and well-equipped with advanced EMR integration, on-site diagnostic support, and care coordination services. You will work with a collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals, all committed to delivering patient-centered, comprehensive care to a diverse community.

Key responsibilities include managing chronic conditions, conducting preventive screenings, performing wellness visits, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices for patients of all ages.
