Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney| $210k–$260k| Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its growing Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters and advance their career in a collaborative, high-caliber national practice.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts, including trial and appellate levels.

Handle cases across a range of areas, including commercial disputes, construction litigation, financial services litigation, and product liability matters.

Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, conduct discovery, and participate in hearings and trials.

Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management in alignment with their business objectives.

Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and clients to deliver practical and strategic solutions.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Washington, Utah, or Oregon bar (or eligibility to waive in).

4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably involving commercial, construction, financial services, or product liability matters.

Excellent writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
