Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Monitor cash application activities, ensuring all payments are correctly applied and reconciled.

Analyze aging reports to identify outstanding accounts and implement strategies for effective collections.

Develop and maintain billing procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Prepare detailed reports and provide insights on receivables performance to leadership.

Utilize MRI software to manage AR processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

Lead the implementation of best practices to optimize accounts receivable workflows.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and cash application processes.

Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Strong knowledge of commercial collections and aging report analysis.

Proficiency in billing functions and reconciliation processes.

Experience with MRI software or similar accounting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.
