What Youll Do : Oversee our seafood department, as directed, across our Long Island stores Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal Ensure top-notch quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations Deliver an outstanding customer experience from seafood prep advice to sustainability education What Were Looking For : HS Diploma or equivalent 5+ years seafood department experience (3+ in management) Strong knowledge of seafood prep, displays, and operations Culinary training a plus (fileting, cooking, inventory management) Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment Why Join Uncle Giuseppes?
