Summary of the Position : The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the Chatham County program, including the provision of participant services and personnel supervision both in the office and in the field.
- The Clinical Director oversees the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans, supervises master's level therapists and provides individual and family counseling as needed.
- The Clinical Director will assist in monitoring the quality of participants services and adhering to set service delivery levels.
- All services are provided consistent with YAP's individualized, strengths-based, family-focused philosophy and in compliance with GA Medicaid and YAP standards, as well as all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.
- Position requires non-traditional business hours (on occasion).
Qualifications / Requirements :
Required to be Clinically licensed staff with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) granted by the State of Georgia Composite Board of Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists (as well as be in good standing with that authority) to oversee and meet programmatic standards.Master's degree preferred.Additionally required is one year full time postgraduate experience in provision of mental health services. Experience in the provision and supervision of behavioral health services.Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.Experience in the provision and supervision of behavioral health services, clinical leadership, or healthcare administration.CPR / First Aid Certification.Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification.Strong written and verbal communication skillProficient computer knowledge; experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.Bilingual / Spanish speaking is a plus.Sign On Bonus!!!
