Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a large health insurance client of ours. This Scrum Master will support agile delivery within the Medicaid Provider domain, focusing on provider directories and database modernization. This role will enable one initial Scrum team (with potential to expand to a 2nd) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
o Serve as Scrum Master for two Scrum teams, with potential to support additional teams or another Scrum Master.
o Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
o Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
o Manage cross-team dependencies, including coordination with the Digital team for provider search modernization.
o Support deployments, including after-hours releases (e.g., post-5 PM for Arizona market).
o Work within the Medicaid Provider domain, focusing on provider directories and provider database initiatives.
o Understand state-specific compliance requirements across 17 Medicaid markets.
o Collaborate with a mixed team of FTEs, contractors, and offshore resources.
o Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
o Partner with product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
o Communicate progress, risks, and impediments effectively
