• Other details :   The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 1-20 patients per shift. If the CRNA is traveling from out of state, availability for at least one week at a time, preferably longer, is preferred. For CRNAs located in-state, a minimum availability of one to two days at a time is requested.
