Superintendent - Multifamily & Commercial - North Conway, NH

The Superintendent will report directly to the General Superintendent and be responsible for managing field operations on multiple ground-up projects, with a strong focus on wood-frame multifamily builds. The role requires travel across New Hampshire, with a concentration of work in North Conway. Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations and ensuring project milestones are met, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff, enforcing safety protocols and quality standards, maintaining project documentation and reporting, communicating regularly with project managers and leadership, resolving field issues and ensuring compliance with plans / specs, leading site meetings and inspections, and representing the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (no Assistant-level candidates), a strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction, experience with ground-up projects preferred, willingness to travel across New Hampshire, located within commuting distance to Manchester or Keene offices, and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
