AsanHRITProjectManager,youwillplayakeyroleinplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringtechnologyinitiativesthatsupportoperationsacrossNorthAmerica.Thisroleisremoteandwillallowyoutoworkremotelywhilecollaboratingwithteamstoexecutecomplexprojectsthatdriveinnovationandefficiency.

What You'll Do :

• Lead HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple departments.
• Provide regular status reports and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HR IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
• Support post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
