We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and cross-trained Dental Assistant / Front Office team member who can seamlessly support both clinical and administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout — and everywhere in between.
Responsibilities :
Clinical (Back Office) :
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions / scans (familiarity with Trios and Medit scanners is a plus)
- Document treatment notes and medical histories accurately in the practice software
- Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and restock as needed
- Educate patients pre- and post-treatment
Administrative (Front Office) :
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule appointments and manage the daily schedule to maximize efficiencyHandle check-in and check-out and collect paymentsConfirm appointments, manage phone calls, and follow up with patientsAssist with treatment planning and case presentation when neededSupport practice marketing efforts, social media, and in-office promotions (optional but encouraged!)Qualifications :
RDA / CDA certification; radiology certification requiredMinimum 1 year experience in both assisting and front office roles preferredKnowledge of dental software Open Dental is a bonusProfessional, punctual, and personable — a true team playerExcellent verbal communication and patient care skillsStrong multitasking abilities and attention to detailWillingness to learn and grow in a modern, dynamic practicePerks & Benefits :
