Stone Cottage Care Center , a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated  Occupational Therapist (OT)  to join our team and provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents.

Position Details : Shift : Part-Time

Responsibilities :

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the primary Occupational Therapist.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create programs tailored to patients' needs and abilities.

Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in techniques and skills to enhance independence and functioning.

Evaluate residents, gather necessary data for treatment planning, and develop treatment plans with specific short- and long-term goals.

Deliver occupational therapy treatments to facilitate improved independence and quality of life.

Qualifications :

Licensed Occupational Therapist with OTR / L certification.
