This position is $100k+ salary accompanied by a generous & achievable commission structure that would lead to an additional $50k+ annually in commission for the right individual who came in and hustled hard to get winning results!
Job Description :
Supply top tier talent to multiple entities within the organization.Work within all departments to strategize the recruitment of needed talent.Develop & maintain a working pipeline of highly proficient candidates that meet the needs of the business.Optimize employee culture by driving the core values of the company.The ability to create / build / develop by scaling an evolving department to meet the hiring needs of the business.Execution of Department PlaybookPosition KPIs :
Conduct a strategy meeting with the Hiring Manager for the position needed within 24-48hrs of being notified.Begin scheduling interviews within 48hrs of completed strategy meeting.Have a scheduled interview show conversion rate of 75% or higher.Successfully fill positions within 7-30 days (depending on position) of notification.What We Offer :
