Campaign Lead For Indo-Pacific Command

We are seeking a Campaign Lead to drive customer engagement and campaign execution for the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) area of responsibility. This role will be the local interface with U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, its service components, and relevant Pacific partner-nation stakeholders to position Collins to demonstrate capabilities in large scale exercises. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of the INDOPACOM theater, a strong network across the Joint Force, and proven ability to shape requirements, develop capture strategies, and advance long-term growth campaigns in support of our Connected Battlespace Strategy. This is a remote position, however the chosen individual will be required to reside in Hawaii as it will require frequent visits to customer locations in Oahu including : (Camp Smith, Fort Shafter, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam).

What You Will Do

Serve as local Collins Aerospace Campaign Lead for INDOPACOM, responsible for customer relationships, exercise sponsorship, and strategic engagement across the AOR. Coordinate customer engagement and exercise execution with Collins service base demonstration teams to deliver joint capabilities. Maintain active engagement with INDOPACOM HQ, PACAF, PACFLT, MARFORPAC, SOCPAC, USARPAC, and other component commands. Shape emerging operational concepts (e.g., EABO, Agile Combat Employment, Distributed Maritime Operations) into actionable opportunities for Collins. Partner with internal strategy, engineering, portfolio, and campaign teams to translate operational needs into product investment roadmaps and capture strategies. Represent Collins at theater exercises, wargames, demonstrations, and senior-level engagements. Provide intelligence on customer priorities, operational gaps, and exercise priorities.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is $147,000 - $295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
