Senior Industrial Maintenance TechnicianKey Responsibilities - Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts.
- Maintain and repair control devices and electrical circuits (12 V DC – 480 V AC).
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to support production and maintenance goals.
- Operate hand and power tools, industrial machines, and other equipment safely.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
Skills and Qualifications - Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and parts lists.Skilled in troubleshooting low- and high-voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Proficient with computers and maintenance software (CMMS, Microsoft Office).Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.Effective communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and working at heights up to 20 feet.Work Environment - Industrial or manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations.
Requires PPE such as safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection equipment.Tasks may involve climbing ladders, bending, crouching, and working at elevated positions.Must maintain concentration, awareness, and safety in a physically demanding environment.Technical Proficiency - Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
