About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Managing Director to serve as the Product Owner for Regulatory & External Data Services (REDS). This pivotal role involves leading the management of external data filings that are critical for regulatory, financial, and legal compliance. You will be tasked with ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for essential bank submissions, particularly focusing on transaction-level regulatory reporting.
As a successful candidate, you must bring exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, along with in-depth knowledge of financial data flows. You will spearhead the creation and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with various business units to ensure successful product delivery.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field, paired with at least 15 years of experience in a dynamic business environment. Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in Data & Analytics is highly desirable.
We seek a proactive self-starter with outstanding program and time management skills, and a proven history of steering complex regulatory discussions. A strong understanding of Agile principles, familiarity with Agile backlog management tools, and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation are essential.
This role demands excellent multitasking abilities, stakeholder influencing skills, and a commitment to driving top-tier product management practices.
