Summary :

Feldkamp Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipefitter / Welder to join our dynamic team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler piping and related equipment, including layout and welding of piping systems for steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping. The role also includes potential boiler repair work, contributing to a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities :

• Perform welding and pipefitting tasks according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Cut, shape, and fit pipes to appropriate measurements.
• Assemble and install pipes, valves, and fixtures.
• Inspect and test installed systems for functionality and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with piping systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Inspect the workplace, clear obstructions, and prepare materials and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of hazard prevention and safety best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
