Key Responsibilities
Own and operationalize the enterprise expansion strategy for Tier 3 customers to drive revenue growth
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve measurable outcomes and foster engagement
Build relationships with senior executives to secure long-term partnerships and align on account health and upsell plans
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales or account growth within creative or tech-enabled service organizations
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within complex global accounts
Deep understanding of enterprise structures and procurement dynamics
Strong leadership experience with a focus on coaching sales teams
Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and strong pipeline management skills
