Job Title : Go To Channel Planning Program Manager
Location : Onsite Burlingame, CA
Duration : 12 Months contract on W2 (Potential extensions)
Years of experience needed : 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in business planning, operations, project management or similar roles.
This role focusing on driving operational efficiency and strategic execution across sales initiatives . A key responsibility is supporting the execution of sales engagements in close partnership with sales and cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in the go-to-market launch

Responsibilities
Sales Planning : Bring process rigor & execution excellence to the development and management of a sales engagement process, including sell-in meetings, executive engagements, demos.Stakeholder Alignment : Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations. Develop & provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business & desired outcomes.Project Management : Drive standardization and continuous improvement across key sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across business planning & operations, sales and cross-functional partners. Project management expectations include defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategiesOperational Efficiency : Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the businessCross-functional Collaboration : Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segmentsExecutive Communications : Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes and enable informed decision-making and strategic guidance.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
