Key Qualifications :
Laser Certified : BIG BONUS if you are certified to use dental lasers and enhance your ability to provide top-tier patient care; not required.Anesthesia : BIG BONUS, not required to apply, but would love it if you are currently enrolled in an anesthesia course!Top-Notch Clinical Skills : Demonstrated excellence in clinical dental procedures.Operatory Productivity : A strong understanding of what you produce in your operatory.Perio Knowledge : Proficiency with periodontal numbers and knowledge of acceptable industry standards.Bilingual in Spanish : Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, enabling you to communicate with a diverse patient base effectively.Work Environment :

For a part-time RDH position (no benefits), we offer a consistent place of work with a higher rate of $57-58 / hr, comparable to what you earn temping at various offices across the valley. We provide flexibility with your schedule, accommodating days off with a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.
