Job descriptionDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including clinics and medical offices. Perform airway management and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures. Administer IV infusions and manage acute pain effectively. Provide ostomy care and educate patients on self-care techniques. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Participate in patient education initiatives, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and health management strategies. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all safety protocols. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in a teaching hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Proficient in airway management techniques and cardiac catheterization procedures. Familiarity with IV infusion protocols and acute pain management strategies. Knowledge of ostomy care practices is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the nursing field.
