Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established, collaborative Nocturnist Hospitalist Service at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Opportunity Highlights

• Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions
• Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting
• Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts
• Open ICU with no procedures or codes required
• Blend of rounding and admitting / swing shifts with additional admitting / swing shifts available for extra compensation

Pay Range

$81.97 - $87.43
