Senior AP Audit Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service by providing audit support for various functions within the AP Dept.

Primarily a remote / work from home opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. However, the selected candidate must be available to attend in person meetings and training onsite as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monthly tasks / deliverables to ensure that Dept Sox Controls are satisfied
• Maintains inquiries for the AP Approvals mailbox, to support day to day business needs
• As the subject matter expert, will provide training and support for fellow AP Audit Team members
• Act / serve as Quality Control Support for the AP Dept
• Ensure that Vendor Setup entry is being posted accurately in the ERP, based on customer requests, including appropriate approvals
• Provide support for Dept Quality Control Audit
• Meets / Maintains Department SLA for acceptable processing volume
• Meets / Maintains Department SLA for acceptable quality standards
• Other duties as assigned by management
