Job Opportunity : Customer Service Associate

Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life for individuals with average income and health. We have a high volume of insurance requests within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

How We Get Paid

This position is commissions-only! Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly—you could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 on just one sale.

Training We Provide

We make it easy to sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
