Veterinary Clinical Development Director

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities

Own the clinical development strategy for veterinary drug programs, including timelines and communication across teams

Design clinical trials and develop necessary protocols while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Provide medical oversight for clinical studies and lead regulatory interactions related to clinical components

Required Qualifications

DVM or equivalent

8-12+ years of experience in animal health clinical development

Experience with FDA-CVM VICH guidelines

Background in companion animal medicine, preferably with aging / longevity endpoints

Experience working with veterinary clinics or decentralized trial models
