About the position
As the Director of Facilities and Event Center Operations you will oversee CoNetrixs physical campus facilities management and event center operations to ensure our spaces reflect the quality of CoNetrix. This role is a unique blend of strategic facilities oversight and venue coordination.
The ideal candidate will have facilities and project management experience a proactive approach to problem-solving attention to detail and would take pride in providing a professional environment for employees and guests.

Tasks & Responsibilities :
Here are some ways you could make a positive impact at CoNetrix :
Partner with leadership to develop and execute a clear vision for facilities management and maintenance to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee daily building operations including cleaning maintenance and repairs.
Manage vendor relationships for maintenance landscaping and custodial services.
Develop and maintain service contracts for building systems (elevator generator HVAC etc.)
Coordinate and support facility improvement projects from small repairs to larger renovations.
Serve as the point of contact for the CoNetrix Event Center - including but not limited to tours scheduling event setup coordination and contract management.
Oversee building security systems including on-premise cameras.
Ensure all facilities and grounds are safe clean and well-maintained.
Respond to emergencies during evening nighttime and weekend hours.
