Description :

Candidates must have a valid state license.

Resume and references are required.

Background checks will include county criminal, federal criminal, multi-state criminal search, and nationwide sex offender search for the past seven years.

HHS / OIG search, GSA search, and social security number trace are also needed.

A two-step PPD or QuantiFERON test or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray is necessary.

SAM search is mandatory.

This position does not require holiday coverage.
