The Role

We're looking for an Equipment and Automation Engineer to help scale the hardware and systems that power our factory. You'll play a hands-on role designing, testing, and optimizing new automation equipment-working across mechanical, electrical, and software boundaries.

This role offers broad ownership, room to experiment, and the opportunity to work on a fast-moving team pushing the limits of advanced manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Design, test, and qualify new production equipment for precision casting
• Debug and resolve equipment issues in real-time to keep the line running smoothly
• Optimize machine parameters to improve yield, reliability, and throughput
• Collaborate with the materials team to integrate new materials and processes
• Partner with vendors to manufacture and deliver your designs
