Licensed Physical Therapist Practitioner

Contract Role

Pay Range : $40-$55 / hr

Role Purpose

The Licensed Physical Therapist Practitioner provides hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation programs for patients seeking improved movement and overall functional independence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Build customized care plans to improve physical performance.
• Deliver manual therapy, strengthening routines, and mobility exercises.
• Track progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Communicate with families about rehab expectations.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to coordinate care.
• Document treatment sessions in compliance with standards.
