Basic Function : Inventory Control Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that adequate inventory of products and services are in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. The person in this position conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Develops and implements inventory control procedures. Coordinates and manages daily physical counts along with training and managing the team. This position is responsible for scheduling their team hours of operation, maintenance of warehouse equipment and warehouse housekeeping. The manager will assign priorities for all aspects of this department to include labor, documentation / time requirements and customer demands. This position reports to the Inventory Control Manager of Warehouse.

Weekly managers and supervisor meetingAttending all strategic leadership meetings on a weekly basisMonthly

Ensuring that performance reviews, team goals and forecasting is documented and completed in a timely mannerJob Complexity
