The General Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day activities within the store, including employee management, scheduling, ordering and maximizing inventory, and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, as well as their career developments such as performance reviews, goal setting, and promotions.
The General Manager is expected to have a strong understanding of every job duty and responsibility in the store and will work with the Owners to push out new items, work special events, and continue growth and development in the community. The General Manager will lead by example, with quality, cleanliness, and attitude.
