Job Summary :

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the project installation schedule, ensuring all jobs are properly scheduled, confirmed, and communicated across departments. This role serves as a vital link between project managers, installers, warehouse personnel, and administrative teams, ensuring accurate, timely execution of project logistics and documentation. Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule Confirmation
• Work Order Preparation
• Pick Tickets & Distribution
• Daily Scheduling
• Installer Support
• Completion & Reporting
• Timesheet Management
• Call-Off Tracking
